October 2, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ f.g.bradley's is a store that I find myself drawn to for leisurely browsing. They offer a diverse array of items that capture my attention, spanning from their extensive collection of puzzles and board games to their chess boards and an assortment of other entertaining activities. Today, I stumbled upon some exciting news: during the month of February, they are running a special promotion on their puzzles. What also grabbed my interest was their summer clearance sale featuring Aerobie frisbees, presenting an excellent opportunity for some bargains.

Be careful, great selection and great customer service but, I bought a deluxe Scrabble board for a Christmas present and saw it at my next store visit, Indigo, for 60 bucks less. 5 or 10 is one thing but 60? I called them right away and they said we can't price match it, just return it unopened which they honored without issue, but 60 bucks difference, c'mon..

This location is great, super clean, organized. They always have a great assortment of games and just a great overall appearance. If I’m in the mall I’m usually making my way over here.

If I could give more stars, I would 100%. I had the best experience with Manojhn, who was super fun and knowledgeable with both Stardew Valley and Dungeons and Dragons. He pointed me in the direction of everything I needed and was fantastic to talk to!!! Pat was also super helpful and definitely knew his things when it came to great family board games to play altogether! Overall it was a pleasure to be in the store, very personable and relatable staff that make an impression on the customers :) We will most definitely be back!!! Manojhn and Pat are THE BEST!!!

Amazing customer.service always. Especially the lovely lady with the red hair. She remembers us when we come in, makes suggestions great suggestions and we usually leave with something. She hosts fun game nights at the store which we will go back to!

Bad experience. Walked into the store and asked if they sold dice. One of the employees replied “yeah, just in the middle there” while he was helping someone else. I appreciate his effort to help as much as he could’ve thought occupied with someone else. The other employee however was free and asked me to repeat myself. I asked for dice. He asked me again to repeat myself again. I asked for dice one more time in a manner that was clear without trying to sound rude. This guy then said “oh, I thought you were asking for knives.” Then proceeded behind the cash. Even the other employee laughed and we both wondered how he got knives from dice. Clearly his head was somewhere else. I was still smiling and joyous as I picked out a few then went to pay. The employee was then confused about the payment process. I asked him if he was ok or if he was having a rough day and he got upset with me. I told him I’m joshing and I’m checking if he’s all right. He then got really defensive and said he doesn’t know why I’m “calling him” out. Jason is terrible at customer service and reminded why I should online shop more. Jason is zoned out and not focused on the job, doesn’t care to provide customer service and is defensive when it’s pointed out. Not going back. The guy’s name a Jason and he was about a 45 year old, bald white man
